Letter from the Chair

Hi All!
The ARKYPAA 31 Committee is excited and eager to host you at our conference Oct 11-13, atop beautiful Petit Jean Mountain! Prior to your arrival, we wanted to spread the word on some changes/additions you can expect at this year’s convention:
1. For those arriving prior to the official conference start (Fri, Oct 11) camping will be restricted to the area across from the main entrance to Camp Mitchell. The regular rate of $6.00 will be charged per night of camping and will be collected by an ARKYPAA representative for those early arrivals. Gates to the main campgrounds will open at 9:00am, Friday morning at which time everyone will be allowed onsite. This change is at the request of Camp Mitchell administrators to allow them the necessary time to prepare the campgrounds and facilities for ARKYPAA.

2. This year, there will be marathon meetings taking place in the outdoor chapel beginning Friday night after the bonfire meeting. If you would be interested in chairing a meeting, sign-up will be available in the registration room.

3. Last but not least, we invite you to check out some of the exciting new changes to this site! You can now use your credit or debit card to pre-register for the conference as well as purchase meals and pay for camping (link is listed below). And beginning Monday, Sept 16 pre-sales of merchandise (including shirts, sweatshirts, and coffee mugs) will be available!*
*Pre-registration price of $15.00 is available through Oct 1 only. All merchandise purchased online will be available for pick-up at conference in registration room (Burke Hall). Merchandise is available only as supply last.
